Can the Dengvaxia be the panacea?
This vaccine is beating the rising of dengue fever.
Due to the climate change, dengue fever is rising frequently in tropical and subtropical countries. According to the WHO, the deadliest form of the mosquito-borne disease kills 22,000 people per year. A French pharmaceutical company Sanofi got the vaccine permission from Mexico, and this vaccine may ease the diseases in Mexico. Based on the estimated, some 40,000 people will get the treatment in an initial stage in Mexico.
Come back to Taiwan, the dengue fever was getting serious in Tainan between summer and autumn. Our government took some actions to prevent this fever from becoming bigger and bigger, so this fever was controlled at that time. Here are some links that you can click.

We were happy to farewell 2015 and welcomed the coming of 2016, but there was happening a historic catastrophe in Mississippi River in USA. This water flood broke the record of 1993, and made the most severe strike. Millions of people were forced to leave there to safety areas. The most important of all, this flood damaged the industries of fossil and agriculture in southern In USA.
Although the people of Missouri gradually came back to their home, this flood made their scene unrecognizable and made reconstruction more difficult. This was an important progress from Kyoto Protocol to The Paris Agreement which involved some adjustments and issues here. In order to reduce the carbon emission, all of the countries had to use renewable energy resources, save the energy and store the energy. Every country gradually addressed the economic incentives of adopting the clean energy instead of deforesting trees, and this agreement also made the payment of carbon emission more extremely expensive.
