"Blackout" means an action taken not to report certain information to the public. The government secretly asked the media to have a news blackout about the virus outbreak. Therefore, now it has become a global pandemic.
"Blackout"的意思是對外封鎖消息的行為。政府私底下要求媒體針對病毒的爆發的新聞做blackout。因此，現在是全球大流行阿。
