焦哈爾·杜達耶夫國際維和營（烏克蘭語：Міжнародний миротворчий батальйон імені Джохара Дудаєва）是一個車臣志願營,以車臣伊奇克里亞共和國第一任總統焦哈爾·杜達耶夫命名。該營主要由車臣志願者組成,其中許多人在第一次車臣戰爭和第二次車臣戰爭中與車臣伊奇克里亞共和國並肩作戰。

2014年3月上旬,杜達耶夫國際維和營在丹麥成立。該營的發起者是2006年發起的社會和政治運動「自由高加索」。2014年3月3日,自由高加索主席團宣布成立一個營,參與烏克蘭東部的頓巴斯戰爭。

該營的主要戰士是在車臣戰爭之後逃離俄羅斯的車臣人。他們反抗俄羅斯,不願意車臣人民受到俄羅斯壓迫與管制,俄烏戰爭期間已經有不少車臣游擊隊與武裝份子帶槍投奔,杜達耶夫國際維和營,展開反對俄羅斯的戰爭協助烏克蘭.

俄羅斯反情報小組指稱,杜達耶夫國際維和營自２０１４年起就,與美國密秘接觸,並取得金錢與武器支援,其中美國派遣軍事顧問,協助訓練杜達耶夫國際維和營RUP4進行城市游擊戰及山區的特種作戰.

焦哈爾·杜達耶夫國際維和營大多數為基輔而戰的,車臣士兵來自歐洲,都是在1990年代起,兩次車臣戰爭下流亡異鄉。」不僅血海深仇要加倍奉還,更是千載難逢的復國契機。「這些烏東前線士兵,他們終極目的是解放,遙遠東方的俄屬車臣共和國，他們期望只要烏軍獲勝,就能在俄羅斯掀起政治動盪,藉此扳倒親俄的,車臣領導人卡狄羅夫。」.對於俄羅斯而言是意料中的事件因為俄羅斯２次攻打車臣共和,國遺留下來的部份車臣武裝份子並未投降,而是躲藏逃亡至外地的高加索山區,另外組成游擊隊反抗俄羅斯,目前杜達耶夫國際維和營已經完全投奔烏克蘭,成為國際僱傭兵成員,它們接受美國提供的軍火武器,在烏克蘭戰場作為開路先鋒打頭陣並且暗中策反車臣軍隊投奔烏克蘭,由此看來烏克蘭與俄羅斯的戰爭情況錯綜複雜,再加上車臣共和國的恩怨情仇,想要結束戰爭是曠日廢時,因為杜達耶夫國際維和營也就是說要除掉車臣現任領導人小卡德羅夫．

.Kadyrov also published a video on Telegram of a soldier raising the flag of the Chechen Republic with the face of Akhmat Kadyrov on it, purportedly somewhere in Ukraine.

對於車臣共和國而言焦哈爾·杜達耶夫國際維和營（是叛亂份子叛軍）但是對於烏克蘭而言它們是愛國主義者,目前美國已經給予它們軍火武器,支持他們對抗俄羅斯及車臣,它們效忠前車臣領導人 AK.

In the Kyiv office of the Dzhokhar Dudayev Battalion, two flags hang on the wall next to each other: the yellow-and-blue flag of Ukraine and the green-white-and-red flag of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.

The battalion, named for the first president of the short-lived Chechen republic, Dzhokhar Dudayev, who led the republic’s drive for independence from Russia before his assassination in 1996, has been fighting for Ukraine since the start of Russias invasion in 2014. 

"Chechnya lost its noble sons here – they were fighting for Ukraine," said one of the Chechen fighters who goes by the nom-de-guerre Thor. Thor and his fellow servicemen asked to be identified by their nom-de-guerre to avoid retaliation against their families in Chechnya.

Thor is in his early-to-mid 40s and has been fighting for Ukraine for over eight years. "Ive seen everything," he says. 

Despite the battalion defending Ukraine and the loss of life that has come with it, prejudice against Chechens in Ukraine remains an issue.

.Dzhokhar Dudayev Chechen Peacekeeping Battalion (Ukrainian: Чеченський миротворчий батальйон імені Джохара Дудаєва) is a Chechen volunteer battalion named after the first President of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, Dzhokhar Dudayev. The battalion is made up mostly of Chechen volunteers, many of whom fought in the First Chechen War and Second Chechen War on the side of the Republic of Ichkeria. The battalion has been under the command of Adam Osmayev since 1 February 2015, after Isa Munayev was killed in action at the Battle of Debaltseve in Eastern Ukraine.^] The Dzhokhar Dudayev Battalion is one of several Chechen volunteer battalions in Ukraine, the others being the Sheikh Mansur Battalion, the Separate Special Purpose Battalion, and the Khamzat Gelayev Joint Task Detachment.

After the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, the battalion took part in the defense of Ukraine fighting in the Kyiv area against Russian forces.^]
The Russian invasion of Ukraine saw the group receive a huge influx of new members.^[] After the defence of Kyiv and the successful Kyiv counteroffensive against Russian troops, the battalion was deployed around the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions. Since then the battalion has fought in the Battle of Kharkiv and Battle of Izium, as well as participating in the Kharkiv offensive. Since November 2022, units have been deployed in Battle of Bakhmut, which has seen the scenes of intense fighting...       ........................................................................................................................................

‘We have gathered to secure our state and our people. Therefore, we once again gathered to show that we will support any decision of the Commander-in-Chief [Vladimir Putin]. We wont let you down. We will follow any order’, Kadyrov told state TV. 

The next day, Kadyrov announced on Telegram that elements of the Russian National Guard (Rosgvardiya) from Chechnya were taking part in the war. 

‘I officially declare that it is the Chechen fighters who serve on the path of the First President of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia, Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov [Ramzan Kadyrov’s father], will pass through the hottest spots in Ukraine’, .
