昔日風光明媚的歐洲萊茵河,遭受到百年難遇到的乾旱與枯水期,不僅水流量減少,許多流域逐漸乾涸露出旱地,影響到河水中的漁類及植物生存,整體的萊茵河流域環境生態系統將發生嚴重的變化,筆者曾經多次訪問德國,無論是因公務或是私人休假旅遊皆與萊茵河相遇,相知並懷念,回味萊茵河畔的葡萄酒與葡萄園,如今只有看到照片回憶123,令人感嘆,蒼海桑田大自然環境的變化,歐洲大陸從此以後,因為河流的水源枯竭而導致農業及工商業逐漸衰退....

This section of the Rhine falls to about 50.4 meters above sea level and flows through the Rhenish Slate Mountains. The Eifel and Hunsruck ranges are located on the left and Westerwald and Taunus on the right. Mosella and Lahn Rivers are the Middle Rhine’s main tributaries, joining the river near Koblenz.

流經濟德國的萊茵河是歐洲最重要河流之一,運輸化學品,穀物和煤炭等眾多貨物。2022入夏以來歐洲乾旱,德國萊茵河水位逼近歷史低點,水位太低不但影響煤炭運送,還衝擊水力發電,市場更擔憂的是將阻礙貿易,如同另一大供應鏈衝擊,水陸受阻還可能推升通膨,讓德國經濟困境雪上加霜。.

德國Emmerich市的萊因河水位，24小時來減少了4公分，深度降至零。當局說，萊茵河航道的水位仍接近200公分，不過16日破紀錄的低水位再次顯示,持續數月的乾旱讓歐洲極度缺水。
德國工業聯合會（Federation of German Industries，BDI）表示,長期乾旱和低水位威脅產業的供給安全。當地火車運能有限,司機短缺,要從河川航運轉成火車或貨運的難度不小。
觀察萊茵河水位,得看咽喉點考布（Kaub）的狀況,20220810考布水位僅剩48公分,滿載貨物的船隻需要150公分的水位才能航行。德國交通部萊茵河水位會繼續降低,尚無法判斷船隻何時無法航行。

Germanys Federal Institute of Hydrology has warned that rivers in Central Europe are at "unusually low" levels and are continuing to fall.Much of the 800-mile Rhine passes through Germany, Europes biggest economy, but the river also runs through Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands as well as along the border between France and Germany.

1樓. red square 1232022/08/21 09:58歐洲地區面臨近幾年最嚴重的乾旱,第二大河多瑙河（Danube）水位接近一個世紀以來新低,讓河底再次重現於世人眼前。近日塞爾維亞普拉霍沃城（Prahovo）的多瑙河畔,隨著水位降低,20多艘二戰時期的德國納粹軍艦竟浮出水面,這些軍艦是1944年德國納粹的黑海艦隊（Black Sea fleet）於多瑙河沿岸被擊沈的數百艘軍艦之一,當時德國為躲避蘇聯艦隊展開撤退行動,部分於塞爾維亞附近沉沒。
