「古早味」這個詞如果是指「很久以前的食物風味、調理方法，中間一段時間不流行，現在有人重新運用、又流行起來」，我會把「古早味飲料」翻譯為：
old-school / old-style / old-fashioned + drinks / beverages
如果是指「沿用已久的」：
drinks of traditional flavors
如果只需要翻「古早味」，我突發奇想的翻法：
taste from the good old days
