2、台灣通用的公證書花式

公證是國家公證機關按照功令的劃定和當事人的申請，按法定程式證實法律行為、有法令意義的事實和文書的真實性、正當性的非訴訟活動翻譯公證書應包羅的內容有：（1）公證書編號；（2）當事人的根基環境；（3）公證證詞；（4）承辦公證員的簽名（簽字章）、公證處印章和鋼印公證是國度公證機關根據法令的規定和當事人的申請，按法定程式證實法律行為、有司法意義的事實和文書的真實性、正當性的非訴訟勾當。

公證書應包羅的內容有：（1）公證書編號；（2）當事人的根基環境；（3）公證證詞；（4）承辦公證員的簽名（簽字章）、公證處印章和鋼印；（5）出證日期等。
