到了西藏，台湾教授发现“西方说的”都不对丨真相

　　中新网8月19日电 8月初的清晨，台湾大学教授苑举正却穿着一件长袖衬衫，晒着拉萨的暖阳。在一档台湾对谈节目的连线中，他兴奋地讲述着亲眼看到的西藏，究竟是什么样子的……

　　拉萨，海拔3650米，相当于台湾玉山主峰的高度，在这里说话快了会喘。

　　但苑举正说，这是他“此生迄今为止认为最值得去的地方”。

　　到拉萨后，苑举正一头扎进西藏自治区博物馆，一待就是一整天。

　　他看到了什么？

　　1244年，藏传佛教萨迦派高僧萨迦班智达·贡噶坚赞和侄子八思巴一行远赴凉州，与成吉思汗孙子阔端在今甘肃武威举行了具有重大历史意义的“凉州会盟”。从此，西藏地方正式纳入中央政府行政管辖。

　　他还提到拉萨大昭寺门口那块公元823年所立，用汉文、藏文合璧书写的唐蕃会盟碑。

　　原碑还在，字迹斑驳，但博物馆里有清晰的复制品。那块碑站在那里一千多年，风吹雨打，但从来没有被人推倒过。

　　“历史就摆在那里。”苑举正说，“西藏自古以来就是中国不可分割的一部分，主权完整，不可分割。”

　　连线中，苑举正还提到两组数字。

　　旧西藏农奴制下，人均寿命只有35.5岁。而现在，西藏自治区的人均预期寿命是72.5岁，翻了一番。

　　“没有人不想活”“就冲这一条，你就知道西藏发生了什么变化”。

　　西藏自治区已实现9年义务教育、15年免费教育，从学前教育到高中阶段，“只要你愿意读书，就没有钱的问题”“教育是让人有自由选择的能力。”苑举正说道。

　　苑举正在拉萨认识了一位当地导游，这位藏族同胞毫不讳言自己是旧西藏农奴的后代。

　　“那位导游说，那时候没有人敢离开自己依附的农奴主。这让我想起美国南方那些不敢离开庄园的黑奴。”

　　但现在呢？

　　那位导游穿着现代服装，用流利的普通话给苑举正讲解历史，西藏自治区教育和社会发展给了普通藏族同胞更多选择生活方式的权利。

　　苑举正还去了布达拉宫、罗布林卡……

　　“西方不是说西藏有‘文化灭绝’‘宗教迫害’吗？”苑举正反问，“那三步一拜的人是谁？那些保存完好的宫殿是谁在维护？”

　　如果说八廓街代表西藏的过去，那街头的“摩登少女”代表的就是新时代的西藏。

　　“这边的女生鼻子好高，眼睛好大，瓜子脸，太阳镜一戴，漂亮得不得了”，苑举正描述道。

　　早上喝意式咖啡，吃法式可颂，用WiFi连线做直播……

　　“外界想象中那个‘代表落后、只有牦牛’的西藏，早就不是这样了。”苑举正反复强调着。

　　连线中，最让苑举正感慨的，是一位在拉萨开英语补习班的藏族朋友。两人吃饭聊天，话题聊到台湾电影《赛德克·巴莱》——一部讲述台湾少数民族反抗日本殖民的史诗片。

　　苑举正一愣：“他不但学汉语，还学英语。他看台湾电影，还跟我聊自由和尊严。这种人，你跟我说他被‘压迫’了？”

　　“那些反华势力拿抹黑西藏去恶心中国，是见不得中国好！”“你不能一边在联合国宣布人权宣言，另一边让(西藏)维持农奴制度”“今日的西藏，就是突破国际话语霸权的一个直接证明。”苑举正越说越激动。

　　西藏站在未来等我们，而不是在后面。

ps Iran and now 朝鲜 already denied what master declared 最近进行沟通的消息 were not truth. Russia and China already got same experiences. because they are smart enough wont fall into master liars traps again.

i was warned by old lady that she was informed by police the helicopter above our area was to catch a mental problem patient who ran out of caring facility might danger to us since then whenever saw 直升机 showed up immediately back to house not in outdoor that no one would inform me after old lady sold out house. maybe spouse going to be 80 old is qualified to get police directly notify him. i was told most time she lived alone so can get police attention. i am going to find out.

此前，美国联邦法律禁止被判处一年以上监禁刑罚的犯罪者持有枪支。该禁令还适用于逃犯、非法入境、不名誉退伍军人以及被判犯有家庭暴力的人员。

美国司法部表示，新规仍将禁止无证移民、已登记在册的性犯罪者和暴力犯罪分子持有枪支。据美司法部估计，全美约有3000万人因刑事定罪而被禁止拥有枪支。

过去，有犯罪记录的人员若获赦免，便可恢复持枪权利。然而，去年美国司法部解雇了其负责赦免事宜的官员，原因在于该官员反对恢复演员梅尔·吉布森的持枪权利——该男子曾在2011年对一项家庭暴力指控不予抗辩。

此前，美国在联邦层面还曾存在另一条恢复个人持枪权利的途径，但国会多年来一直禁止酒精、烟草、火器和爆炸物管理局行使其处理相关申请的权限。

去年，美国司法部撤销了该局在这一流程中的角色。根据新规，恢复枪支权利的权限已划归司法部长办公室，预计将在约一个月后开始受理申请。

对此，美国网民讽刺：“我认为特朗普说得有道理——美国严重缺乏全副武装的重罪犯！”
