4/17/2026 got a call 331-255-0746 when i inquired what is the company the man sound like icy or ace then asked what it is about, he refused unless spouse talked to him. so i gave to spouse then spoused answered : we are not interesting... (thought the person tried to selling something) then the man wanted spouse provide address and driver licence # (i shaked my hands), then try to explain what his company business ...i warned spouse it is fraud (we kept got fraud callings) so he hanged off. spouse told me the man declared is Astound (briefly as ACE? i dont buy it) which we already switchd to another ISP company and if call from Astound our iphone would show the company name (ie 800-427-8686 or RCN 800-746-4726 who sold to Astound). the worst is Google searched didnt recognize either.

4/22/2026 correct: yesterday finally got time to call Astound then found out the the [Ace?] company is collection debt for Astound that shameless changed already paied amount (they declared cant auto change the bank client already paied amount, then the 2 banks (one is behind the store, another we paied to the other bank credit card) with  the store (who we applied the credit card) altogether can do it that would be the most scarey and horrify biggest scandal in usa ?) 

after report to the bank disputation due to basement flood several times, backup 36odoc, data files stolen ... cant spend time to continue disputed case especially HD evidence related data files (frequently chat with their on line to dispute wrong charges got promise to fix but sometimes didnt refund records, i need the paied and refund amounts to compare banks history transactions) already maliciously wipped off , the isp company without shame sent to debt collection for $35.80 which i already paied to credit card bank, but received $8.xx check return.

My conclusion: in usa should 当机立断 immediately switch to another ISP when frequently must dispute their wrong charges. never apply the credit card from usa stores. better try hard wrote down all tansactions(paied amount and received refund, cash bonus...) not trust banks paper less so moles have chance to modify (even deleted) old transactions paied amounts  and deleted received refund, cash bonus...

if only if masters wars wont stop, in usa bad things happen would be more and more, worse and worse. it is not foreign countries steal usa people money but MS Cloud stole users HD data files, bad company frequently wrong charges and/or the worst are banks can modify already paied amount and deleted old transactions that happened and caught by me before 2013 (2011 or 2012 charter one then sold to usbank)

--i remeber before 2013 when we still lived in old house, the charter one branch shut down and told me  sold to USbank. we moved money to USbank. earlier their agent helped us RIRA (spouse not qualified for IRA) then quit job, later got IRA penalty as the bank submitted IRA in stead RIRA, i spent 3 years with the banker to solve IRS higher and higher penalty issued... fortunately i kept all papers when signed with RIRA the agent and bank admitted it is not our problem. before shut down i called several times about some old transactions were deleted then it fixed but happened again and again. the next they shut down. i dont know how much they stole our money as never recieved branch shut down notice.

that proves such steal client money already happened not foreign countries stealing but their system bugs can wipe off old transaction by moles. same as MS OneDrive with Cloud can stel users data files maliciously.

As i mentioned usa has lots problems but masters focus on their filthy wars and black other countries for their irresponsible indoors serious problems which cause by their companies lousy systems (apps).
