She left Los Angeles for New York on the red eye on Wednesday evening. And Emmy Rossum was back at LAX on Friday looking remarkably fresh after spending just one day in the Big Apple. The fashion conscious 28-year-old wore a black and white flared frock with zany stripes and black colour blocks.
The actress, who stars in as Fiona Gallagher on the Showtime series Shameless, paired the dress with black ballet flats and a black leather bag. She pulled her almost black hair back into a ponytail and covered her eyes with oversized black sunglasses. It was a busy 48 hours for Emmy, who left the LA premiere of her new movie, You're Not You, on Wednesday evening to dash to the airport.

She came in New You are able to on Saturday morning hours and went straight to the companies of NBC's Today where she showed up on two sections for the four-hour display, which required a quick change from a shiny red dress into a red designed midi dress. Emmy was on the display to advertise You're Not You in which she performs a impetuous university college student employed as a care provider by a traditional piano player, performed by Hilary Swank, who is clinically identified as having the muscle-wasting illness ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's illness. Josh Duhamel is the pianist's spouse in the dilemma that reveals on Saturday.
Emmy told host Carson Daly: 'It's this kind of this non-romantic love story between these two unlikely friends.' She later joined hosts Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb for a sit-down interview touching on several topics including the movie. When asked by Kathie Lee about her thoughts on reading the script, Emmy replied: 'I sobbed like a baby, but I also felt incredibly inspired.'
Later, the star stopped by NBC's Late Night With Seth Meyers in a blue strappy dress to talk about the movie. But her evening wasn't over. Emmy donned her black and white travelling dress, her fourth change of the day, for dinner with pals before catching the flight home. She shared an Instagram snap of the party, with the caption: '#fbf last night celebrating lots of NEWs with these beautiful women. new jobs, new movies, new marriages, new engagements.'
