Tulisa Contostavlos

She has endured a stressful - and embarrassing - few months. But there was no evidence of that for Tulisa Contostavlos as she arrived at Jonathan Shalit's OBE party in central London on Tuesday night. The former X Factor judge appeared immaculately-groomed and confident in a chequered, black and white formal dresses adelaide.

With her locks a black hue and her eye-brows intensely described, the musician certainly had not entirely remaining her N-Dubz origins behind - but she certainly revealed symptoms and symptoms of design adulthood. Her bustier outfit was a perfect cut - apart from the periodic low chest-line - and her footwear revealed appropriate modesty for the celebration. There, she presented with her broker and mingles with a variety of other superstars, such as Myleene Klass and Indicate Wright.

Strictly Come Dancing alumni Denise Van Outen and pop star Pixie Lott were also present. In fact, they sported matching hairstyles as they posed for photographs. Wearing an outlandish tartan-print dress with stunning pair of Grenson brogues, the pop star was every inch the perfect pop star. Meanwhile, Denise cut a sleek figure in a black, lace formal dresses with an elongated jacket. She matched the look with strappy shoes.

Naturally, music impresario Shalit, 49, was clearly delighted to have them all on-board. The entertainment guru, who was given his OBE for services to the entertainment industry, rose to prominence when he founded talent agency ROAR. Currently, he represents a range of clients including Myleene Klass, Lorraine Kelly, Kelly Brook and Karren Brady. Proudly wearing the honour on his suit jacket, he beamed with pride at the royal recognition.

Other guests who helped him celebrate included Arlene Phillips, Kelly Hoppen, Tulisa Contostavlos, Anthea Turner, Sinitta and Christopher Biggins. Taking to Twitter account on Tuesday, he said: 'Now even more of a Royalist - everyone involved with investiture was amazing and could not have been more welcoming.' He also re-tweeted a message from the official British Monarchy account, which said: 'Well done to all recipients at today's Investiture; whether honoured for contribution to sport, science, charity, education or the arts.'
