李明賢／台北報導受到蘇格蘭法院同意讓林克穎返台服刑的判決鼓舞，馬英九總統昨宣示，外交部與法務部應繼續努力，讓潛逃在外、傷害到中華民國國民利益的罪犯，都必須回台面對應該的懲罰。

蘇格蘭法院一審判決林克穎應返台服刑後，其餘長期潛逃美國的王又曾、黃芳彥和金紀玖，政府是否讓其返台服刑，備受矚目。而早在民國99年胡為真擔任國安會祕書長期間，馬政府積極透過管道要引渡王又曾返台服刑，但未有突破。

對於林克穎案，創下台英司法互助的首例，馬總統昨肯定外交部與法務部在英商林克穎案的努力。

馬英九總統說，林克穎當初在台灣酒駕撞死一名送報生，易容化妝後利用假護照潛逃出境，他對此非常震怒，並表達政府絕不會罷休，一定透過各種管道引渡回台，面對台灣司法服刑。

馬英九總統還說，僅管這是一審判決，對方可以再上訴，但至少這證實台灣跟無邦交國間，可以在尊重司法獨立、公平正義的前提下，讓罪犯無所遁逃，這是個非常重要的司法合作先例。

馬英九總統並宣示，這場官司還沒有打完，也希望繼續努力，讓潛逃在外、傷害到中華民國國民利益的罪犯，都必須回到台灣，面對應該的懲罰。
