It's very clever of you to ask the third wish in this way.
However, I think that the answer might sound a bit impractical.

In English, we usually say "to travel abroad."

You will need to expand your answer a little by adding some explanation to it.
Also, please change the second and third wishes into the following.

There is one point that I would like to remind you.
The comparative of "healthy" is "healthier."
You might want to change your answer from "more healthier" to "much healthier."
