Since twenty-one Vajra Masters were elected, "True Buddha Foundation" was also formally established.

Someone asked me, what sort of affairs do "True Buddha Foundation" actually have to deal with? My answer is, all sort of matters, big or small business.
In fact, "True Buddha Foundation" should be the central body of True Buddha School, it was approved by the United States government, registered and established in United States. In order to propagate "True Buddha Tantric Dharma" orderly and smoothly, to conform to the national laws and precepts, to conform to the personnel policy when rewarding and punishing, to exercise all rights and obligations, thus, "True Buddha Foundation" was established. "True Buddha Foundation" can also use the fund to help cultivation centres and lei tsang temples.
Someone asked me, the power of "True Buddha Foundation" is granted by who? I anwered, that arised from the authorities of all Vajra Masters, Vajra Masters manage the affairs of True Buddha School in liberal democracy manner, and would be in accordance with national laws, precepts of the Buddha and Esoteric Buddhism precepts.
To be more precise, "True Buddha Foundation" is a modern organisation, is a team spirit, is in liberal democracy manner, is under modern management, and is a organizational propagation. "True Buddha Foundation" in the future would certainly have more fine divisions, to form a labor division and cooperation's large organization.
Someone asked me, what to do if True Buddha School's Vajra Master or chapter does not listen to "True Buddha Foundation"? The decision lies upon the policymaking group of True Buddha Foundation, the final decision is to ask the Vajra Master or chapter to leave the procession of True Buddha School, and notify the whole world.
The future True Buddha School, is a blend of modern management and cultivation freedom, I look forward to the thriving dharma work.

自從二十一位上師選出後，「世界真佛宗宗務委員會」也就正式成立了。
最近「宗委會」就成了熱門話題。
有人問我，「宗委會」到底要處理什麼事？我的回答是，大大小小的事務。那什麼又是大大小小的事呢？當然，這裡面是述之不盡的，舉凡宗派裡面的行政、戒律、人事、財政、法務，選舉等等均是。
事實上，「宗委會」應該是真佛宗的中央機構，向美國政府申請註冊成立。為了「真佛密法」有秩序及順利的推展，在合於法律，合於戒律，合於人事賞罰之下，行使一切的權利及義務。「宗委會」亦可運用基金，幫助分堂及雷藏寺。
有人問我，「宗委會」的權力，由誰付予？我答，那是由所有上師的公權力產生的，上師們依照各國的法令及佛陀的戒律，密教的戒律，以自由民主的方式，來管理真佛宗大大小小的事務。
更認真的說，「宗委會」是現代化的組織，是團隊精神，合於自由民主的，合於現代管理的，合於組織推展的。將來的「宗委會」當然更分劃細小的部門，形成分工合作的一個大機構。
有人問我，如果有真佛宗的上師或分堂，根本不聽「宗委會」的，怎辦？那就由「宗委會」的決策小組作出決定，最高的決定是，請該上師及分堂退出真佛宗行列，並通告全世界。
未來的真佛宗，是揉合了現代管理及自由修行，期盼法務欣欣向榮。
