"Green Tara" is a great salvation Bodhisattva, she sits on a white lotus pedestal, according to her vow, this is because (Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva) has compassion for the sentient beings of the world, and is the emanation of the tears shed when was in sadness, therefore she is one of the most compassionate deity.

"Green Tara" have twenty-one emanation body, is a great Bodhisattva revered by Tantric practitioners, the easiest deity to get close to, and is the easiest to have response and union, there are some people who only cultivate the "Sadhana of Green Tara" in their whole life, they got the greatest wisdom, as long as sentient beings recite her name sincerely and chant "Green Tara" mantra, cultivator will attain achievement.

11:00pm Depart from Taipei

4^th May (Sunday)
5:00am Arrival at Won Pa Airport in Guam
2:00pm Press conference
3:00pm Consecration for TBS Complete Enlightenment Temple

5^th May (Monday)
9:00am Grand Master Lu to meet with Governor, the Speaker and members of Congress.
3:30pm Speech to be given by Governor and the Speaker respectively, and Grand Master to bless the people and island of Guam, ribbon-cutting ceremony and consecration of "Usnisavijaya Stupa" at Tamuning Mayor Office's Park.
4:00pm Green Tara puja ceremony to be presided by Grand Master Lu for World Peace, Liberation of spirits of brave warriors and all suffering spirits.
("Tara Puja ceremony" and "Usnisavijaya Stupa" location: Tamuning Mayor Office's Park, it is by the corner of Marine Corp Dr. (Route 1) and Chalan San Antonio, Tamuning across from ITC Building, next to Guam Premium Outlet)
