在控制心念和增強心念的過程中,心念面對壓力時,因會起煩惱和妄想的念頭,有時甚至會有自殺或想逃避現實的念頭,故很難將心念控制在沒有快樂、也沒有不快樂之間,而起雜念時,剛開始學習控制心念時,不要馬上想將雜念消除,應讓雜念去影響覺知型態,等雜念自然消除後。

In the process of controlling and reinforcing your attitude, worry and delusion may arise within your attitude when it is under pressure. Sometimes you may even think about suicide or avoid facing reality, so it is difficult to keep your attitude between not happy and yet not unhappy. When you just begin learning how to control your attitude, do not try to eliminate the distracting thought right away, but allow it to affect your sentient type until it disappears.
