14【初段控制心念過程】

而要控制住心念,就必須先要控制住意念,這樣才能用意念清楚察覺心念的狀態,心念無時無刻都會起雜念、妄想,而去影響覺知型態指揮肉身,但遇到問題或是壓力時,心念起的雜念、妄想反而比較少。故要控制住心念,平常就要將心念保持在沒有快樂、也沒有不快樂之間,而當心念起雜念、妄想時,心念本身就馬上能發覺,而將雜念、妄想消除,如此心念狀態才可保持在沒有快樂、也沒有不快樂之間,又,壓力來時,心念起的雜念,反而比沒有壓力時來得少,故想控制住心念和增強心念的能力,就必須要將心念控制在沒有快樂和沒有不快樂之間,和使心念確實面對主公所安排的壓力來源才能達成。

To control your attitude, you should try to control your concept first, so your concept can clearly reflect your attitude. Those paranoidism and distracting thoughts can easily arise in your attitude at any time, and further affect how your sentient type control your human body. Nevertheless, paranodism and distracting thoughts seem rarely come when someone is under pressure or trapped by problem. In this regard, you should try to keep your attitude in the state between “not happy, and yet not unhappy,” so when paranoidism and distracting thoughts come to your attitude, you can easily find out and get rid of them in no time, and keep your attitude between the state of “not happy and not unhappy.” Distracting thoughts seldom come to one’s attitude when someone is under pressure. Thus, to control and reinforce your attitude, you should take the source of pressure arranged by your master, and keep your attitude between the state of “not happy and not unhappy”.
