美國堪薩斯州一隻特別的狗狗在網路上有著高人氣，因為牠無論做什麼事，臉部總呈現出「震驚」的表情，逗趣的模樣吸引不少粉絲；然而這隻狗狗會有如此爆笑的臉部表情，其實是因為患有先天性疾病。

美國堪薩斯州有一隻杜賓犬與澳洲牧羊犬混種的狗狗「Belle」，飼主歐康納（Lieschen O'Connor）時常在網上PO出牠的日常生活，由於牠的臉部永遠處在驚訝狀態，看起來相當有趣，笑翻一票網友；Belle逗趣的外表也讓牠在Tiktok擁有17萬多的粉絲追蹤。

飼主歐康納表示，Belle是他在2017年透過動保團體「勞倫斯人道主義協會（Lawrence Humane Society）」領養的狗狗，她對於Belle外表的缺陷並不在意，還透露，Belle之所以臉部一直維持在震驚的表情，是因為天生頭部肌肉過度向後生長，她也曾帶美人找醫師檢查身體狀況，發現即便牠頭部肌肉發育不正常，但仍是一隻健康的狗狗。

Belle特殊的外表在網上引起討論，「天哪，我好喜歡這隻可愛的天使寵物」、「她是TikTok上最可愛的狗，我非常愛她」、「我也想要一隻」，還有網友笑說，「牠肯定見過很多鬼」、「牠總用眼白看我」、「牠的臉看起來好憨，我好喜歡」、「她總是看起來很震驚，超爆笑的。」
