中國新冠疫情再起，上海實施封城後，許多居民家中食材耗盡，但官方配給物資又不夠吃，便出現以物易物，甚至有「擼貓換物資」「開玩笑提議吃黑人」等窘境。非常時期下，具通行證的外送員，單日跑單就能賺進超過1萬元人民幣（約新台幣4.5萬元），外送業者出面證實後，遭輿論抨擊藉機發疫情財，官方知情後隨即要求平台制止惡意加價，變相要求「打賞」（給小費）。

綜合中國媒體報導，上海近日在封城管控下，傳出外送平台業者「順豐同城」旗下的外送員，單日跑單收入就能破萬元人民幣，引發中國網民熱議。而業者日前也證實，「同城騎士日收入超萬元」並非空穴來風。

針對中國社群瘋傳的外送員收入明細截圖，顯示光4月9日一天就能進帳1萬67.75元人民幣（約新台幣4.6萬元），順豐同城表示，經後台查詢後確認，該外送員當天共完成60筆訂單，基礎傭金占534元，各類特殊獎勵約1,678元，用戶打賞約7,856元，占收入近8成。也就是說，該外送員平均每單不含打賞收入約36.9元，平均每單獲得打賞多達131元（約新台幣600元）。

消息一出引發中國網民撻伐，質疑平台用戶不給小費就沒人接單，認為外送員藉機大賺疫情財，跑單一天的收入就能抵過上班族月薪，要受困家中挨餓的民眾情何以堪。

對此，上海市場監管局13日隨即警告電商平台，要求企業加強對平台外送員的管理，包含保障消費者知情權力、杜絕經營者發疫情財，更要求平台採取一定措施加強跑腿、代買等服務收費管理，制止外送員「惡意加價」等不當行為。
