根據《unilad》報導指出，美國一位人母羅勃遜（Brandy Roberson）日前在FB上發文，內容中表示，自己剛18歲的女兒前往德州科珀斯克里斯蒂市一家星巴克點咖啡時，突然被一名陌生男子搭訕，可能是女孩言談間露出了不悅的神情，因此讓星巴克的咖啡師留神觀察。

之後，一名咖啡師端了一杯熱巧克力，告訴女孩「有人點餐後忘了拿，這請你喝」，而當女孩拿起杯子後，看到咖啡師在杯子上留言「你還好嗎？你要我們介入幫忙嗎？如果你需要的話，請你拿下杯蓋就可以」。

而羅賓遜也表示，女兒因為自認現場十分安全，所以並沒有拿下杯蓋，但是在女兒待在店裡的期間，整個星巴克的工作人員都在旁邊關注且保護著女兒。星巴克工作人員如此暖心的保護，也讓女子與母親都感覺到十分窩心。
