雙下肢水腫 疑似肝細胞癌

70歲阿公因雙下肢水腫住院檢查，發現左側肝臟有一個7公分的腫瘤，疑似肝細胞癌，經衛福部新營醫院外科主任陳秉澤腹腔鏡左側部分肝臟切除術，病人術後恢復良好，順利出院。這是新營醫院完成的第2例肝腫瘤腹腔鏡手術。

陳秉澤表示，病患是一位70歲男性，因為雙下肢水腫住院接受檢查，經一系列檢查及腹部電腦斷層後，發現左側肝臟有一個7公分的腫瘤，疑似肝細胞癌，經過與病人及家屬詳細的討論，病人症狀符合接受腹腔鏡手術的資格，病人及家屬也同意接受腹腔鏡肝腫瘤切除手術。

這名病患接受手術時間約兩小時，傷口也比以前傳統傷口小很多，病人術後的恢復也更快速。陳秉澤主任提醒，有B、C型肝炎的民眾，要記得定期接受腹部超音波篩檢，因為B、C型肝炎是肝硬化及肝癌的高危險群。一般民眾也應該定期接受健檢內容包含腹部超音波的健康檢查，才能更了解自身的健康狀況。

衛福部新營醫院院長陳明智強調，新營醫院一直努力提升醫療的質與量，在新營醫院外科主任陳秉澤的努力下，不管是傳統手術或者是腹腔鏡手術，新營醫院都有能力執行。
