原PO在《爆怨2公社》發文指出，「可以問一下現在對咳嗽是很敏感嗎？剛剛喝這個喝太快，嗆到，咳了幾聲，然後超商用餐區的人全跑光，夥計還走來問我要不要先去外面買快篩劑，做好快篩再進來店裡…我只是喝飲料嗆到啊」還附上彀紅的Podcast內容，開頑笑地說「以前是用咳嗽粉飾放屁聲，而今是用放屁掩蓋咳嗽的聲音」。

貼文一出，很多網友坦承「要是我也會怕，沒人知道你是什麼緣由」、「我光因為過敏打幾下噴嚏，旁邊的人就跑光了，過敏戴口罩真的超難過」、「我被口水嗆到...然後我那條走道刹時淨空」、「我也常嗆到咳嗽，所以此刻盡量待在家，否則出去咳嗽真的嚇跑一票人」、「時候吃工具不小心搔到喉嚨癢處，狂咳也是怕人家以為我確診，趕忙把口罩拉上」。

本土疫情升溫，民眾做足防疫工作，就怕不當心染疫；一名男網友訴苦，他在超商咳幾聲，所有客人就跑光了，讓他直喊冤「我只是喝飲嗆到」。
