即便不少民眾透過網路或電話，甚至向本地民代反映設計不良，可停管處長強調，經過統計後，只有0.8%的車主認為減速墊會影響行車，因此是否撤除，停管處還在評估階段。

仔細看，脫離泊車場的必經坡道上呈現黃黑相間的減速墊，一共5條，即使放慢車速，經由過程減速墊時車身左搖右晃，照樣讓駕駛人難以操控。

民眾：「這個設計怎麼這樣，上坡的時刻有緩速坡。」

停管處長盧佳佳：「這個車主有反映說，這個減速墊的坡度讓他們不舒服，所以我們是預估說能夠試辦一個月到5月中，我們會再整體檢討有無可能削減（減速墊）。」

就有民眾在臉書抱怨，印象中減速墊都是用在直線或下坡道路，放在上坡其實挺恐怖的，還曾目擊有車輛打滑爬不上去，網友也紛紛留言反映，如許的設計真的不太公道。

這個設計是公道的嗎？有民眾發現，台中南屯一處公有地下泊車場，出口處的陡坡上居然被設計了5條減速墊，致使車輛爬坡時左搖右晃，下雨天還容易打滑，埋怨這設計大有問題，不過對此停管處示意，減速墊是為了避免車輛進出擦撞、打滑，按照他們的統計，只有百分之0.8的車主反映減速墊影響行車，試辦到5月中後，會再會商是不是需要調劑。
