勞動部表示，因應央行9月第三次升息，「勞工紓困貸款」貸款利率由1.97%提高到2.095%，勞動部深感疫情對勞工糊口的產生的強烈衝擊，是以，為了賜顧幫襯經濟相對弱勢勞工，同時減輕其生涯承擔和升息的壓力，勞動部宣布，若依約正常還款者，勞動部將全額補助升息半碼的貸款利息。

勞動部說明，「勞工紓困貸款」將由勞動部補助勞工第1年貸款利錢，前6個月勞工不必繳納本金，第7個月至第12個月攤還本金，第2年起按月攤還本金及利錢。勞動部統計，109年及110年共核貸159萬餘件。

勞動部表示，109年及110年疫情對勞工就業及生活造成影響，為減低疫情對勞工生計的衝擊，勞動部希奇創辦「勞工紓困貸款」，由38家承貸銀行供應自有資金，財團法人中小企業信譽保證基金提供十成信譽包管，每人貸款額度最高為10萬元，貸款期間3年。

勞動部指出，中心銀行於本（111）年3月宣布本年第一次升息，漲幅1碼，考量貸款勞工為相對經濟弱勢，勞工紓困貸款利率1.845%保持不變，增添利息將由銀行負擔；央行於6月宣布第二次升息，漲幅半碼，為免增添勞工糊口負擔，勞動部會補貼升息半碼的貸款利息。

美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）凌晨宣布升息3碼，今（22）日中央銀行召開第3季理監事會，宣布升息半碼，重貼現率調升為1.625%。對此，勞動部宣布，為減輕勞工朋友的生活承擔，勞動部將全額補助升息半碼的貸款利息。
