金融三業中，以證券期貨業曝險金額最低，金管會證期局透露表現，截至2021年12月底，證券期貨業在俄羅斯、烏克蘭都沒有曝險，不外投資人仍有透過境表裏基金投資俄羅斯及烏克蘭。

本國銀行共有38家，截至2021年12月底為止，本國銀行對俄羅斯曝險52.85億元、對烏克蘭曝險0.06億元，銀行對俄羅斯曝險金額較高。

俄、烏軍事堅持形式緊繃，全球親密關注，美國、日本等多國皆已呼籲本地公民儘速離境，市場預期，若俄、烏開戰，將激發小麥、能源等原物料價錢飆漲，帶動通膨惡化，市場波動風險加重，金管會也緊盯金融業曝險。

截至去年底，投資人透過境內、外基金持有俄羅斯曝險部位離別為214億元及354億元，各占相幹基金淨值的0.43%與0.91%；透過境內、外基金持有烏克蘭曝險部位離別為50.8億元及150億元，各占相幹基金淨值的0.1%與0.38%，占比皆不到1%，相對不高。金管會指出，金融三業對俄羅斯曝險2090.85億元，對烏克蘭曝險較低，僅200.86億元，總計金融三業曝險部位達2291.71億元。俄、烏戰爭劍拔弩張，金管會將親昵關注金融三業曝險景遇。

烏克蘭、俄羅斯戰爭劍拔弩張，金管會緊盯金融業新台幣2291.71億元曝險，此中以保險業曝險1470億元最高，若以地域別調查，金融三業曝險多集中於俄羅斯。

金管會保險局調查保險業投資俄羅斯與烏克蘭曝險部位，截至2021年12月底，保險業投資也集中俄羅斯，曝險達1470億元，對烏克蘭則完全沒有投資。
