潤泰全(2915)現增申購新股明天(4日)為撥券日，受到南山人壽淨值比轉負數利空衝擊，以及大盤持續走低雙重不利因素影響，盤中股價下探至最低每股50.2元，幾乎已經快破發（跌破承銷價）了，中籤認購者無不擔心可能面臨賠本困境。

潤泰全此次現增提供10%供公開申購，總計有31450個中籤機會，合格投籤件數為33900件，中籤率高達92.77%，投籤者幾乎人人有獎，但以今天收盤價每股50.3元計算，中籤者的投報率僅剩0.6%。

潤泰全中籤者如今投報酬極低，南山人壽淨值負數利空影響有多大？至今都仍待進一步評估，況且台股行情目前盤勢仍不穩定，明天增資新股上市，就算原股東不賣，3萬多個中籤者也可能為保本而害怕賣出，潤泰全明天股價賣壓可能不小。

潤泰全為解套淨值危機，以每股溢價50元定價，辦現3.7億股的現增，計可募集185億資金，其中80%由股東依比例認購、10%供員工認購、10%公開抽籤，由原股東及員工購意願不佳，潤泰集團動用集團企業參與認購，9月底已順利完成募集。
