這高血壓藥品真是不能亂吃、上回用 atenolol 害得我差點要我
老命。這次又碰上!Metoprolol(中文不知叫什么)
跚胡醫師開給我的藥、我在7月24日吃了两天、血壓降下很多
到第三天、就發現頭暈現象。我一測血壓、竞低到69~109、心想
也在血壓正常值範圍、相差有限。可這現象持續了三天頭暈、到
八月7日深夜、頭身冒汗、無法入眠、其實、我已降低用量到25mg
的一半(12.5mg)、無胸痛、或不舒服、于是再測血壓計、乖乖、45~70
脈衝數120。這已是危險值、我決心將Metoprolol停用、等星期一告訴
跚胡醫師。
利用空時、我Googled查一下Metoprolol的副作用、嚇一跳它是藥品回收令
的名單中、連供應藥品商也相同。看樣子、我又逃過了一關、真是命大。
I found the medicine was on recall lists.
I used to have taken Amlodipine daily until Dr.Sandhu ordered me to
take Metoprolol by mouth 25 mg daily. After taking 2 days I was feeling
dizzy and checked my blood pressure and it dropped
69~109 below my normal level.
I did not contact Dr. and took for granted that I
cut the dosage to half and see how my body react to this new medicine.
2 days later I was sweating and could not sleep in the midnight.
I did not feel chest pain I/O feeling uncomfortable. In the
midnight, I decided to check my blood pressure. My
my blood pressure was dropped to 45~60 that was way
too low and pauses pumped to 115 120. That was
definitely the side effect of Metoprolol.
I was feeling weak and back pain and could not
continue my daily work.
It was Saturday and I had to wait until Monday to tell the Dr. Sandhu
about the results.
