林全表示，要加班也要給予合理的空間，包括未來勞工加班企業應給足夠的加班費用，而部分台灣企業型態有季節性，分成淡季、旺季，淡季能夠有彈性工時。















時代力量立委徐永明傍晚在立法院施政總質詢，問到林全有關勞工7天假與薪資等問題。徐永明說，現在除了強調工作機會外，薪資問題要繼續注意，如果實質薪資無法增加，至少應朝工時能夠減少的方向。
