Before restart server, you have to
Delete IETask compiled Files –D:\ptc\Windchill\tasks\codebase\com\infoengine\compiledTasks\file\*.*
Delete Tomcat compiled Files –D:\ptc\tomcat5\work\*.*
Delete OS temp –example: d:\tmp\ptcServlet
Execute xconfmanager –xconfmanager –p
Make Jar –%WT_HOME%\ant\bin\ant -f %WT_HOME%\codebase\MakeJar.xml
