「文青質」一案精心營造饒富書香底蘊的空間美學，運用質地樸實的灰色仿清水模營造調性沉穩的住宅空間。住宅前半規劃為開放式客餐廳公領域，並將一個房間格局與公領域打通形成開放式書房，期待孩子能在書香之中成長。後半集中主次臥及孩童房，形成隱密性足夠的私領域。

The “Hipster Quality” project meticulously creates the spatial aesthetics enriched in scholarly sentiment, where the imitation of the primitive gray architectural concrete texture creates the dignified residential space. The front half of the residence is planned to be the public space of open-style living /dining room, while the layout of a room is made open to the public space to form an open-style study, hoping the children may grow up in a scholarly atmosphere. The rear-half is concentrated on the master, secondary and children bedrooms , forming a sufficiently private area.

由玄關進入可見由色彩沉穩的仿清水模牆面與溫潤的實木質構築的主要色彩基調。延續動線進入室內，公領域由餐廳及客廳結合的橫向空間構成。女主人大方好客，設計上打開封閉狹小的廚房，增加開放又兼具實用性的半島及吊櫃，開放空間適合與親友互動。垂墜式的燈具與鐵件壁架為空間帶來躍動的韻律感。

Entering from the entrance hallway, one may see the main base color tones composed of the imitated architectural concrete wall with dignified color and the warm wood texture. Continuing with the circulation to enter indoor, the public area is composed of crosswise space including the dining room and the living room. The female owner is generous and hospitable, thus the design opened up the closed and narrow kitchen to add the open yet practical kitchen semi-island and suspended cabinet, where the open space is suitable for interaction with family and friends. The droopy lighting and iron wall rack introduce a vibrating rhythm to space.

客廳電視牆捨棄一般大理石裝飾壁面，以淡出(Fade out)的設計手法來處理櫃體的設計，由完整的櫃體漸漸轉換為不規則的吊櫃或腰櫃。並以鐵件由電視櫃延伸與牆面漸進式的融為一體。靛青色的沙發成為客廳最搶眼的視覺量體，亦為空間帶來寧靜。沙發後方藉由書桌切分出開放式書房，成為重要的空間場域，書櫃亦以淡出設計使其成為客廳視覺端景。書桌走道側以斜面切割減輕壓迫感，側立面亦以斜邊的方式處理，另外佐以騰空的收邊木作增添活潑感。

The television wall in living room discarded the common marble decorated wall, and applied the fade out design technique to handle the cabinet design, transforming gradually from complete cabinet to irregular suspended cabinet or waist height cabinet. Moreover, iron-piece is extended from the television cabinet to fuse with the wall in gradual progression. The indigo colored sofa becomes the most eye-catching volume in the living room, while also bringing tranquility to space. Behind the sofa, a desk is used to segment the open-style study, forming a vital space and venue, and the bookshelf also utilized the fade out design to become the end view in the living room. The deskside near the aisle utilized inclined plane to reduce the sense of pressure, the side elevation is also handled using chamfered edge approach , which is complemented with suspending finishing woodwork to increase the sense of vitality.

空間輕盈，收納機能豐富，少許鐵件的運用結合樸實的質感，讓空間在原始之外多了個性，呈現充滿寫意書卷氣息的宅邸風貌。

The light space is enriched by storage functions, while the little use of iron-piece combined with primitive quality endows the space with a personality other than the primitiveness, demonstrating a residential look filled with scholarly atmosphere.
