The FFWPU Western Region celebrated the 100th birthday of True Parents in Los Angeles, California on January 25, 2019 with a concurrent celebration of the 53rd True Heavenly Parents Day at the regional-level in Los Angeles, California on January 25.

The Bay Area Family Church, in collaboration with CARP, ACLC, Oakland Service for Peace and Oakland District 5 Councilmember Noel Gallo, hosted a day of service, prayer, peace messages and a prayer march in Oakland, California.

CARP Los Angeles hosted their fourth Turning Point workshop at the Los Angeles Family Church from January 2 to 5 with the theme, “Owning a Principled Life.” The purpose of the workshop was to commit to building a life of faith by understanding God’s heart and learning about how True Parents lived their lives for God and for world peace.
