Most women wouldn't respond so positively to sharing their wedding day with thousands of other brides.
At first neither did Marsha. This year, she joined the unification church.
It's a religion, begun 60 years ago in South Korea by Reverend Sun Myung Moon. Moons followers are sometimes called "Moonies." They prefer the title "Unificationist."
She met Donald at a store one year ago and, along with gaining a boyfriend, she gained a new faith too.
Her fiancé is from Rwanda; he wasn't born into unification either.
The fact that Donald and Marsha chose each other makes them the exception. In the unification church, most matches are chosen by parents and that worried Marsha.
But she says she was welcomed with open arms.
Marsha tells me, she is ready to get married this weekend in Korea, standing beside 25-hundred other brides.
She still worries about hair, makeup and accessories just like a bride in a solo ceremony would.
And, yes -- both Donald and Marsha know what people think of their views. But when she boards the plane tomorrow she'll have wedding jitters just like any other bride.
She and Donald believe their "heavenly parent" has a plan for them.
