No waiver, privilege, or service voluntarily granted or performed by
Okion to or for distributor shall be construed to vest any contractual
right in distributor by custom, estoppel, or otherwise. No waiver by
Okion of a default of distributor under this agreement shall constitute
a waiver of abuse equivent default, and after a waiver by okion,
expressed or implied, no notice need be given that strict compliance in
the future will be required.



OKION不得將任何依據慣例、禁止抗辯或其他條款，而就此視為已賦予本合約自願提供經銷商或為經銷商提供本合約相關的棄權聲明權利、特許權或服務的權
利。依據本合約條款，經銷商的違約不得視為Okion已提出棄權聲明，或是濫用同等的棄權聲明權利。在Okion不管以明示或暗示提出棄權聲明後，即不得
再於未來期間提出要求嚴格遵守本合約規定的通知。
