The conversion price was to be lowered conditional on m out of n closes (m<n ; except for one 10 out of 30, the rest are 20 out of 30) for 18 bonds. Among those, the refixing was only to be done the first time the condition was met each year for five bonds. Thirteen bonds would be refixed for n closes, where n can be 5, 10, 20, or 30; two of those refixings were only to be sone the first time each year. Huadian (100726) also had an automatic conditional refixing clause for three specific days(half a year, one and a half years, or two and a half years after issue date).

可轉債的價格就 18 個極限值當中，在 n 個閉合區間中，可為低於 m 個數量的條件 (m<n ； 30 當中的 10 個極限值除外，其他則為 30 個當中的 20 個 ) 。在這些極限值當中，在 5 個極限值各的條件初次符合時，才得完成再設定。在 n 個閉合區間中，有 13 個極限值再進行設定， n 值可為 5 、 10 、 20 或 30 ，在每年的最初計值中， 3 個再設定值其中的 2 個才得完成設定。 Huadian (100726) 就 3 個特定期日 ( 即發行可轉換債後的半年期間、 1 年半期間或 2 年半期間 ) ，也自動進行條件的再設定。
