日本廣島爆異象 牡蠣「大量死亡」達9成！縣府：災害等級 陳怡穎

日本廣島縣的養殖牡蠣是冬季最具代表性的水產品之一，然而，自今年秋季展開收成以來，沿岸漁場陸續傳出牡蠣大量死亡。

多名養殖業者通報死亡率高達9成，廣島縣知事湯崎坦言，情況已「達到災害等級」，災情更從廣島迅速擴散至瀨戶內海等海域。

根據《NHK》報導，日本水產廳最新調查，今年牡蠣死亡異常不僅限於廣島，愛媛縣、香川縣、兵庫縣等瀨戶內海沿岸也有養殖戶回報牡蠣出現極高死亡率，部分甚至逼近8成至9成，遠高於往年自然死亡率的3至5成，多半認為是水溫高、餌料不足以及海水溶氧量偏低的原因。

廣島縣水產海洋技術中心指出，今年夏季異常酷熱讓海水長時間處於高溫，再加上降雨稀少，使海水鹽分濃度升高，推測是造成牡蠣「生理障礙」並大量死亡的主因。

災情最嚴重的地區之一位於吳市沿岸，有音戶町養殖戶受訪表示，他從9月中就發現不對勁，「今年拉起的牡蠣，有9成都死了。」

往年100根牡蠣鐵絲可收成200公斤以上去殼牡蠣，今年卻只剩約30公斤，且倖存的牡蠣多半變成茶褐色，失去販售價值。他更透露，原本預計明年可收成的牡蠣，也已有8至9成死亡，「8月前都長得很好，以為會是最豐收的一年，沒想到完全無力抵抗大自然。」

日本農林水產大臣鈴木憲和19日前往東廣島市視察，親自拿起死亡牡蠣殼聽取報告，他形容現場情況「十分嚴峻」，並承諾將加速查明原因，並與地方自治體合作，盤點可運用的既有支援制度，全面協助業者度過難關。

廣島縣知事湯崎英彥直言「目前狀況已達災害等級」盼望「說到廣島就想到牡蠣」的品牌價值不能受損，縣府正研議金融支援方案及新型養殖技術補助，盼在環境急遽變遷的時代，替產業找出生存之道。
