西家首攻黑桃Q，東家以黑桃K定住，贏得第1墩，東家續拔黑桃A，贏得第2墩，東家回攻方塊，莊家以方塊A定住，莊家連拔王牌紅心AK，完成清理王牌工作，莊家續拔方塊AKQJ、梅花AK、3墩王牌紅心，4H有身價合約超吃1墩，得到650分。
南家以1H開叫，北家手持12點4張紅心JXXX，以2NT回應，這是屬於JOCOBY特約叫法，南家以4H束叫。
雅可比2NT是橋牌中的一種約定叫。由美國橋牌家Oswald Jacoby發明。在同伴開叫1H（1♥）或1S（1♠）後，應叫方跳叫2NT表示以下含義：
- 具有開叫實力（一般是12大牌點以上或者滿足「20法則」，意即他的牌點加上最長兩門的張數有20），並且
- 對開叫花色有至少4張支持。
雅可比2NT用於詢問同伴的單張或缺門，同時在同伴的花色上逼叫進局。在雙方使用斯普林特約定叫的體系中，雅可比2NT也表示對斯普林特的否定（沒有單張及空門，或者超出了斯普林特限制的點力範圍）。
一般來說，此時開叫雙方的基本原則是，如果有興趣衝上滿貫合約，那就慢慢的把旁門的情況（大牌、長門、短門）詳細描述清楚；反之如果手上的牌是低限點力也沒有足夠強的牌型，那就盡速到四線合約結束叫牌。
