【台灣醒報記者宋秉謙綜合報導】歐冠足球聯賽12日凌晨將迎來小組最終輪。英超強權熱刺若想以B組第2的名額晉級，必須擊敗首輪以4:2血洗他們的西甲豪門巴塞隆納，看似是一項艱困任務，但BBC足球編輯群卻意外看好熱刺必能翻盤。他們說，雖然進攻線上有球王梅西，但巴塞陣中的防守問題卻是致命傷，加上中場好手庫提尼奧與登貝萊都有各自的問題，因此熱刺有機會爆冷晉級。

依照歐冠B組戰績而論，已握有13分的巴塞確定以B組龍頭身份出線，但次名競爭激烈，熱刺與國米都拿到7分，而熱刺稍微以淨勝球優勢暫居第2，換言之，2隊在末輪同時開戰、無法確定對手得分的情況下（免得一方得知最終比數而操控球賽），不只要全力求勝，還得贏得夠多。

有著必贏不可的壓力時，國米在賽程上較有優勢，他們末輪對上實力較遜一籌的埃因霍溫，熱刺卻要迎面碰上龍頭巴塞。不過，根據《英國廣播公司》報導，專家們卻分析出巴塞的2大致命傷，防守不力與中場給梅西的支援太少。

首先，巴塞本季的防守隨著後腰覆蓋能力變差，年老邊衛群又再多一歲，讓防線在西甲聯賽的表現就不斷遭受抨擊，迄今丟掉了19球，幾乎可說是西甲的中段班水平，而非榜首該有的水準。

根據《印第安快報》報導，熱刺主帥波切提諾也表現對子弟兵的自信，波帥指出，熱刺眾將連近期的「血汗賽程」都能夠克服（近40天要打12場比賽），上週更以全輪換陣容在聯賽擊敗狐狸城，讓12日出戰歐冠的熱刺主將有足夠時間休息，波帥認為，球隊不動主力凱恩能以百分百的狀況出戰巴塞，這將是球隊重要的獲勝關鍵。
