A man decided to get rid of his cat. He put it in his car, drove 20 blocks from his home, dropped it off, and drove back. When he returned, the feline was waiting for him at the front door. The next day, he drove 50 blocks, put the cat in a tree, and drove home. When he got home, the cat was waiting again. This continued every day for three weeks. No matter how far he took the animal, it arrived back at home before he did.
Finally, the man decided to drive as far as he could, turning left and right and driving over bridges and through tunnels. He let the kitty out of the car and waved it goodbye. A few hours later, the man rang his wife. “Honey, can I speak to the cat?” he asked. “Why?” she replied. The man answered, “I need to ask it how to get home.”
