基本上英文寫作可說是聽說讀寫中最困難的一項，它不是你會說英文就可以解決的，首先它非常在乎邏輯性、其次是內容豐富性、最後是文字變化性及用字用詞性的問題，這比較像中文論說文的寫作，再者它也需要常常自我寫作練習及閱讀他人作品，所以在英文寫作能力部分，本人自嘆已退步好多了。雖然如此，上回提到一份美國國中英文教學材料，故今天就先從該材料中的第一部分:基本的段落寫作開始談罷。

一個段落必須包含三大部分: 主旨句(Topic Sentence)、細部內容句-不是只有一句喔!(Detail Sentences)、結束句(Concluding Sentence)，前者主旨句是闡述你對主題的基本意見或想法，它不需要講的很仔細，因為後面的內容句會為你的基本意見作解釋，內容句就必須要告訴讀者Who, What, When, Where, Why and How等內容，最後結束句責是再次陳述你對主題的看法及簡單的將重要內部資訊放入此處即可。

Going shopping is my favorite leisure activity.  Whenever it comes to leisure activities, the first thing shows up in my mind is to go shopping.  Why is that?  First of all, there are so many choices out there waiting for me to pay a visit.  It seems like they are made for me only.  Next, buying beautiful stuff can satisfy my pride.  Last, I can have a good time with my friends as well.  All in all, to go shopping can truely please me because it owns plenty of benifits stated above.
