About a week and a half ago, we went to Las Vegas- the city that never sleeps. It's true, people who visit Las Vegas either gambles or parties all night.
We stayed in one of the most beautiful hotel in Las Vegas- Paris Hotel and Casino. It was truly amazing because the view from our room was overlooking to the water fountains at Bellagio.
The evening when we arrived at Las Vegas, we headed to Caesars Palace in which we had dinner at Beijing Noodle No 9. This is what we had ordered:
夫妻肺片,小籠包, 鍋貼, 蔥爆羊肉, 一品牛腩麵, 牛肉炒麵, 紅油抄手
We then took the monorail to Stratosphere Hotel and Casino. There we went went up 108 stories to look at the amazing view of Las Vegas. We went on 2 rides: Insanity and Big Shot.
The next day for dinner, we went to Gordon Ramsay Steak in Paris Hotel and Casino. The food is so amazing, it is worth trying! What was interesting was when our waiter pulled out the meat trolley and on there was the different kinds of meat they serve at the restaurant. We had:
Alaskan Halibut, Beef Wellington, American Kobe Skirt, Kurobuta Pork Belly

There are many cutting of the steaks, and I saw the waiter pushed the rack of steaks to show different parts of the cow. I bet their price are different too. Can you explain how unique the restaurant and the most specialty of their menu?

玩的好, 吃的更好! 沙漠中的海市蜃樓, 竟搖身一變而成綠州樂園。We went to Las Vegas to celebrate my brother's 21st birthday! It was so much fun and the food we had was AMAZING!! Especially Gordon Ramsay Steak, I highly recommend that place!! I enjoyed going on the ride at Stratosphere, it was breathtaking.
