It is 9:10pm on a Friday night, we decided to have dinner, but the
question is "Where are we going to have dinner tonight?" After shopping at the mall, we had 2 options to choose from, whether we were going to eat Vietnamese food (Pho) or Romanos Macaroni Grill. Our decision was made and we chose Romano's Macaroni Grill; we haven't had that in such a long time. When we got to the restaurant, we had to wait 5 minutes before we were seated at a booth.

We had ordered: eggplant parmesan, snapper positano, and a glass of house wine (Chianti). Eggplant Parmesan is capellini pomodoro with fresh mozzarella. Snapper positano is snapper (fish), vine-ripened tomatoes, arugula (aromatic salad greens), cannellini beans and fennel pollen. We also ordered stuffed mushrooms. Chianti is proprietary blend made in the Tuscan style.
