Dinner is served! Tonight's menu: stir-fried beancurd with chili sauce, beef with tomato and celery and also a glass of Rosemount Merlot. 

It looks like a simple dinner, but it took some time to prepare it in the kitchen. Just look at the stir-fried beancurd, it is perfectly cut into squares and then drizzled with chili sauce. The flavor is mouth-watering as the spice hits your palate. The beef with tomato and celery tastes delectable. Look closely at how the beef is sliced, it is sliced in perfection and the tomato is diced in even pieces. 

These 2 dishes tasted so good along with a glass of Rosemount Merlot. As the slogan from Kentucky Fried Chicken states, "this is finger-lickin good!".

The bottle of Rosemount Merlot was bought from D'Antonio's Ristorante in Diamond Bar/Pomona, California.This wine was a gift from a friend.It's not a bad price, so worth it!!  

I would like to express my gratitude to the chef! She's always done such an amazing job at making different kinds of foods. (she has absolute numerous dishes to name, yet they are all so good!)
