Who cares to join me for a romantic Valentine's Day dinner? Tonight's Valentine's Day dinner is curry chicken and a glass of Robert Mondavi Merlot.

The ingredients that were used in tonight's curry chicken are: pieces of chicken (drumstick and thigh), onion, potato, mushroom, baby carrot, garlic and some garnish. Optional ingredient: steamed rice. I decided to make steamed rice because if there is no rice, eating curry chicken alone might be salty.

The many wines of Robert Mondavi are so good, especially the one that is served with tonight's curry chicken dinner, which is: Robert Mondavi Merlot. His merlot displays bright, ripe black cherry and plum aromas with subtle notes of spice and chocolate.
