Una cena romantica italiana solo per noi due

This past weekend, we had the opportunity to eat dinner at one of the world's famous Italian restauarant in our local neighborhood. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were pondering at the menu and decided what we should eat because everything on the menu looked so good. Right away, BM said that she wanted to enjoy a glass of Burgundy wine.

 I had no choice but to drink a glass of ice water with a wedge of lemon. Before we had our meal, the waiter served us hot and fresh bread with extra virgin olive oil and crushed pepper. We then decided to have the Romano’s Sampler for the appetizer. What is Romano’s Sampler, you may ask? It is tomato bruschetta, fresh mozzarella fritta and calamari fritta, served with arrabbiata sauce. For the main course, we chose to have the Margherita neopolitan pizza and Pollo Caprese. Margherita neopolitan pizza has the following ingredients: imported Italian tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, roasted grape tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil. Pollo Caprese is comprised of juicy chicken simply grilled with extra virgin olive oil and a slice of lemon. Boy... have I got to say the food at this restaurant is so good!!
