狗吉拉與恩師吳思華教授  在研討會餐會中玩賓果

很多年以前
在嗜血的MBA還沒完全佔領華爾街之前   
在MBA還有志於擔任企業的專業管理人時 
我們政大MBA的課程裡會上到一門由吳思華老師開設的"企業與道德"課
課前我們必須讀完跟課題有關的所有參考書籍
(每週大約三冊教科書 加上一堆paper)
然後在課堂上 大家再針對開放式的問題 進行辯證
到如今20年後  課程當中讓我印象最深的課題是..."平等vs效率"

PS
結果式的齊頭平等  將會造成社會經濟資源運用的極度扭曲
最後反而造成真正的不平等 (大鍋飯  搭便車主義與無創新停滯)
可惜  台灣正是民粹的大溫床  民粹當道的全世界模範生
最近"都更作為"與"美牛進口"被社運/反對黨/民粹人士送上死刑台
正是典型的case

相對的在美國 
8,90年代的MBA畢業生競相投入財務投資操作的領域
搞出一堆衍生性(聯聯聯 聯到沒人能知道相關性)金融商品
與專業經理代理人自利自肥的道德風險
於是在世紀之交前後
搞出了恩隆案 雷曼案 次級房貸案等等  肥貓搞死一堆人
現在的MBA流行已經退潮  MBA成了過街老鼠
連狗吉拉這種光明正大行事端正的政大MBA 也貶值不少

但是各位可能不知道  最近在美國MBA界重新夯起來的"MBA誓願"
其實在狗吉拉那個年代早就有了
當年我就發下過MBA誓願 (不知現在的畢業生還有沒有這碼事?)
在此歡迎老派傳統的MBA與我共憶 (中文是我自己翻譯的 不通順請見諒)

MBA誓願
I will act with upmost integrity
