益友、真愛， 就如空氣、陽光， 珍貴異常，但是都是免費的，應多珍惜！
我們沒有感覺空氣存在，沒有感覺陽光暖和，因為我們都認為理所當然！
但是，缺少這些滋潤，我們如何生存、生長？
趁著這時，給朋友去個信函，給愛人一個擁抱，給父母來個電話。
