Common Issue Resolutions:

• Uploading of documents: If you have any problem in uploading your documents, please use our “image editing tool” linked to your ‘documents upload page’ or use the following link: (http://www.vfstechtool.com/imageediting). Alternatively feel free to send us the documents on email so that we may upload the same on your behalf at dvpccustomersupport@dubaivisa.net 

•Payment Related: Please ensure only a Visa or MasterCard Debit/Credit card is used for payment. Please note that if your Debit/Credit card is not 3D secure (Protected by an internet password) the transaction will not go through.

•Track Your application: To track the current status of your application, please click on the link in the very first email sent by us or alternatively use “manage existing booking” feature on www.emirates.com & track / resume your visa application under “Track or Resume” box displayed on the very first VFS page.

Important Note:

•We request you to email us only from your registered/designated email ID used at the time of your visa application.

•We request you to always write to us on the trail email for us to assist you better.

•Please always quote your Visa application number and Emirates booking reference number when you write to us.
