Bananas contain large amount
of vitamins and minerals that needed by the body, it is one of the nature's
healthiest foods.


Bananas have three times the amount of vitamins A and C
founded in an apple and contains five times more protein than an apple.


 

Besides
that, bananas are packed with potassium and an excellent source of fiber.


Bananas provide not only physical benefits but also mental and emotional
benefits. It contains tryptophan, a well-known compound in foods, can lift our
moods. The wonderful benefits of eating bananas do no stop here. You can have
much unusual uses for bananas. For example: you can use a banana skin to polish
your shoes.
