When the rivulets are rosy in the setting sun              夕陽西下 染以玫瑰紅澤的河面

And a mild tremor runs over the wheat fields          一陣清柔微顫 穿行於麥田間

An exhortation to be happy seems to emanate from things 一份訴於喜悅的祈願 起自萬象

And rises towards the troubled heart.                        時而攀逾 傳向不安的心靈  

An exhortation to enjoy the charm of being alive        祈願下 任人享此塵世之嫵媚 

While one is young and the evening is beautiful        視此年少 而暮色正美

For we are going on, as this stream goes on             我們如若川流而逝 

The stream to the sea, we to the grave .                   溪流引入大海   我們沒於墳土
