立法委員賴士葆今(26)日於立法院財委會質詢財政部長張盛和，美國總統歐巴馬一句話，台灣就被伊斯蘭國(IS)點名，會不會覺得很衰？張盛和回答：「是阿，狠衰，不知道什麼原因就被列進去了。」張盛和還表示，希望像跨太平洋夥伴協定(TPP)這類好事趕快把台灣列入名單，而不是都這種壞事。
