The iLink 450 machine cannot start

Hi Sir,
1. Here attached is the reset tool for ilink450. Please format the TF card  (select FAT32) .
2. Download the attachment, unzip and run it until it finish install OS software automatically.
3 Turn on the tools with either the USB cable or connect to the car to check if it display the main screen.
4. If yes, please use update tools to download all the rest software with the update client iScanzilla.
